this wk has been a terribly long week with too many things i would have rather gone another way..

first it was booking out on saturday morning, then booking in on sat night itself, then guard duty on a sunday, without any rest on monday morning, then had to settle stores yet i didnt want to hold back the platoon too late coz i didnt want to destroy morale.. yet, i found myself asking myself whether this decision to let them rest before more things could be done was right.. whether i should have just hecked and chionged..

then tuesday was a horrible day before we moved off for exercise..wat with the slow movt of everyone and mood-less-ness of men and specs.. and then our dear fav had to come and show us so many things at the last minute.. granted, he has the knowledge and skills but seriously no EQ to think when's the best appropriate time to teach us all that..

exercise wasnt as gd as i had hoped, with ppl ignoring light discipline, sound discipline, basic discipline, self discipline and field discipline.. ahh enough said for the ex..

and aft the whole damn thing, it was irritating for the specs and frustrating for the platoon.. hmm too many things to voice it out here.. haizz..

it may not be the first time JY flared up and got so agitated, but it was definitely the first time i saw KH this hot, and certainly the first time i got so damned irritated i just couldnt function..

it was initially frustration coz everyth didnt go as smoothly as hoped, and then it became anger since the platoon was refusing to move and started showing attitude, but it all eventually ended as wat JY has said.. 心酸

不是因为不被了解、更不是因为作了那么多事而不被承认及感激、也不是因为有所亏欠；心酸是因为被诬赖没把自己当尽的本分做好，反而被指袖手旁观、明哲保身，不管他人的死活。

commanding respect; respecting command..

sgt shaw once said, if you start off as a bad guy and then slowly become the gd guy, ppl will like you.. but if you start off as a gd guy and then eventually turns into a bad guy, ppl will hate you.. tt' s how it is in tv programmes anyway..

ahh.. a few things to ponder abt this wkend i guess...
